I loved the location. The breakfast was good but not great! The room was spacious and cute but beds were terrible (impossible to have a good sleep - change the pillows).

Kids loved the experience, super spacious and comfy rooms, but the food is average and expensive.

The themed rooms are really fun for a night or two, very spacious and comfortable for a family stay. The overall resort facilities are great.

Breakfast and buffet dinner are pretty average, and expensive for the quality. The lengthy buffet dinner queue was a really poor experience, and completely unnecessary with better organisation and planning.

Comfortable, but could be better

Clean and air conditioned. Room well appointed with good theming and water placed in room each day.

Poor wifi. Swimming cap rule in pool. Restaurants not open early enough in evening for young children.

Very Good

Rooms are large, clean, and feel new or newly renovated. A lot of amenities, a pool, large parking, and a quiet place make it a good pick in this area. While many hotels in the area might feel dated, this is definitely on a different level.

Overall kids did enjoy the stay but just cost a lot more than what we had predicted when booking with extra travel costs

Nicely theme decorated, comfortable enough

WiFi signal was important for us and one of the reasons for selecting the hotel but we had a lot of problems with effective and efficient WiFi signal from the hotel, particularly from Gardaland Magic Hotel. Staff were mostly good and helpful. More Taxi service, regular availability would have been more helpful as had to wait around long times for hotel taxis. Quite remote.. Couldn’t easily walk to local amenities eg. shopping.. eating out.. A free bus, service or something would have been helpful to these parts too. But as it was would have to have caught buses from different places etc. maybe hire a car if want to easily travel around.

you need to visit one of these Gardaland hotels

fairytale, we loved just to walk around and see the surroundings and the room was amazing. our kids really loved this place (4 and 5 years) the pool was good and the breakfast to :)

I would like to have a notice about that a bathcap is needed to swim in the pool before going to the pool. (you could purchase at the pool area to over price, so we could swim)

The Enchanted Forrest Experience

This hotel is absolutely amazing! We stayed in the Enchanted Forrest room (as we extended our stay). My daughter loved it and the rooms are indeed special. The kids really feel the are in a fairy tale. The food was good, the pools was great.

Our enchanted Forrest room was SUPER DUSTY! You could smell the dust while you were laying down in the bed. Absolutely unacceptable! There was dust on the walls, on the table, on the windows, I mean everywhere. I hardly could breath and I had to wipe it out myself. It is such a pity! Also, the service at the pool was horrible, actuallly non existent. The same at the Buffet Restaurant. It is a facility for kids, so please provide the basic service so that the parents când have it easier. They wont bring you anything, no drinks, nothing. It was pretty difficult to leave a child unattended at the table while running to grab a glass of water. This should not happen.

Excellent hotel. Perfect for relaxing, going to Gardaland resort and visiting Verona by train.

Excellent hotel. Free shuttle bus connecting the Peschiera train station station to the Gardaland Park to the hotel complex. Lovely large swimming pool with a cafe providing drinks and light lunches. Plenty of sun beds. Rooms were clean and very well decorated - we stayed in the enchanted forest and the the vines, trees and leaf decoration made the room magical for the children. The Tutankhamen restaurant food was of a high standard and all the resort staff were helpful and polite. There was ample parking and 5 electric vehicle charging points. We will come back to stay again.

The shuttle bus stops at the main entrance to the hotel complex rather than driving up to the reception of the three hotels, so it can be a bit of a pain to carry heavy luggage from the bus to reception in the midday summer sun.

We really enjoyed our stay there, fun resort and great location for Gardaland

The children were very amazed by the wizard suites and we loved the size of the room. We also enjoyed all our food at Tutankhamon - the staff were lovely there. It’s a lovely resort and close to Gardaland via a free shuttle

Mandatory swim caps for the pool (5 euro per cap) - was not required anywhere else in Italy nor even the Legoland water park so didn’t make sense just seemed to be for money.

the room was so fun and my kids loved it! the staff was exceptionally friendly, the bed was a little hard but we would d

the rooms are sooo fun! my kids loved it and so did I! the staff was so helpful and so very nice! everything is decorated and themed, even the elevators!! it’s was amazing!

the bed was so hard and uncomfortable, I had a really hard time sleeping. the air conditioner didn’t seem to be working it was very hot in our room.
